2011 - Co-founded the One World Doll Project. Diverse dolls of many cultural backgrounds.
2013 - Prettie Girls! ™ - The term “Prettie” stands for Positive, Respectful, Enthusiastic, Truthful, Talented, Inspiring, and Excellent. These are multi-cultural fashion dolls, capturing the essence of positive attributes that anyone can embrace.
2015 - Prettie Girls!™ debuted on the shelves in Walmart stores, Walmart.com and ToysRUs.com.
2018 - Founded McIrby, Ent, Introducing, IamU, Uniquely Beautiful Dolls.
2023 - SXSW World premiere of The Black Barbie Documentary
2024 - Netflix and Shondaland launch The Black Barbie Documentary
